Vineta Ikauniece is a Russia sprinter, born on December 4, 1962 in Ventspils, Latvia. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

Her personal bests include 11.0h in the 100m, 22.49 in the 200m, 50.71 in the 400m, 44.41 in the 4x100m and 3:20.41 in the 4x400m. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Russia.
