Vida Nsiah

Vida Nsiah is a Ghana sprinter, born on April 13, 1976. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 100mH.

Her personal bests include 11.18 in the 100m, 22.99 in the 200m, 13.02 in the 100mH, 43.19 in the 4x100m and 8.03 in the 60mH. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ghana.
