Vida Nsiah

Vida Nsiah is a GHA sprinter, born on April 13, 1976. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 100mH.

Her personal bests include 11.18 in the 100m, 22.99 in the 200m, 13.02= in the 100mH, 43.19 in the 4x100m and 8.03 in the 60mH. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing GHA.
