Toomas Tarm

Toomas Tarm is a Estonia long-distance runner, born on December 31, 1968. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:43.56 in the 3000m, 15:10.54 in the 5000m, 31:32.13 in the 10000m, 1:05:21 in the Semi and 2:20:56 in the Marathon. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Estonia.
