His personal bests include 10.13 in the 100m, 20.49 in the 200m, 44.24 in the 400m, 38.67 in the 4x100m and 2:57.05 in the 4x400m. He has earned 10 gold and 3 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing United States.
