Thea Lafond

Thea Lafond is a Dominica middle-distance runner, born on April 5, 1994. She competes primarily in the 800m, 100mH and HJ.

Her personal bests include 2:20.63 in the 800m, 13.89 in the 100mH, 1.85 in the HJ, 6.64 in the LJ and 15.25 in the TJ. She has earned 4 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Dominica.
