His personal bests include 8:06.43 in the 3000m, 13:42.28 in the 5000m, 28:58.22 in the 10000m, 1:04:08 in the Semi and 29:49 in the 10Kilometr. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing India.
