Stsiapan Rahautsou is a Belarus middle-distance runner, born on May 29, 1986. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:55.87 in the 1500m, 8:06.03 in the 3000m, 14:02.41 in the 5000m, 28:25.31 in the 10000m and 1:03:50 in the Semi. He has earned 5 gold and 1 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Belarus.
