Stefanos Hadjinicolaou is a Cyprus sprinter, born on June 12, 1985. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 21.20 in the 200m, 47.23 in the 400m, 3:12.84 in the 4x400m, 49.10 in the 400MetresS and 1:59.72 in the SprintMedl. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Cyprus.
