Simón Alvarado

Simón Alvarado is a Panama long-distance runner, born on March 29, 1962. He competes primarily in the 3000m, Semi and RoadRelay.

His personal bests include 8:28.87 in the 3000m, 1:13:30 in the Semi and 2:20:47 in the RoadRelay. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Panama.
