Silas Kiplagat is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on August 20, 1989 in Marakwet District, Kenya. Standing 1.70 m, He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 1:44.8h in the 800m, 3:27.64 in the 1500m, 3:47.88 in the Mile, 7:39.94 in the 3000m and 13:54.05 in the 5000m. He has earned 21 gold and 1 silver medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
