Sheldon Monderoy

Sheldon Monderoy is a Trinidad & Tobago middle-distance runner, born on April 16, 1972. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 1:51.21 in the 800m, 3:45.09 in the 1500m, 4:02.5h in the Mile, 8:14.16 in the 3000m and 14:52.35 in the 5000m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Trinidad & Tobago.
