Sheila Chelangat

Sheila Chelangat is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on April 11, 1998. She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:09.91 in the 1500m, 8:36.20 in the 3000m, 14:40.51 in the 5000m, 31:10.27 in the 10000m and 1:06:47 in the Semi. She has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
