Serkan Doğan is a Türkiye race walker, born on April 1, 1992. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 5Kilometre and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:23:46 in the 20kmW, 21:11 in the 5Kilometre, 41:09 in the 10Kilometr, 20:02.13 in the 5000Metres and 1:29:59.82 in the 20,000Metr. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Türkiye.
