Sara Moreira is a Portugal middle-distance runner, born on October 17, 1985 in Santo Tirso, Portugal. Standing 1.68 m and weighing 50 kg, She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:07.11 in the 1500m, 8:42.69 in the 3000m, 14:54.71 in the 5000m, 31:12.93 in the 10000m and 1:09:18 in the Semi. She has earned 31 gold, 7 silver and 4 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
