Sara Monteiro

Sara Monteiro is a Portugal middle-distance runner, born on May 31, 1999. He competes primarily in the 1500m, Mile and 3000m.

His personal bests include 4:41.87 in the 1500m, 5:13.32 in the Mile, 10:10.11 in the 3000m, 17:50.27 in the 5000m and 4:45.32 in the 1500Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
