Sandie Richards

Sandie Richards is a Jamaica sprinter, born on November 6, 1968 in Clarendon Parish, Jamaica. Standing 1.70 m and weighing 61 kg, She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

Her personal bests include 11.91 in the 100m, 23.38 in the 200m, 49.79 in the 400m, 2:04.60 in the 800m and 3:20.65 in the 4x400m. She has earned 9 gold, 7 silver and 11 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Jamaica.
