Samuel Ndungu

Samuel Ndungu is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on April 4, 1988. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 13:28.44 in the 5000m, 27:48.03 in the 10000m, 1:00:55 in the Semi, 2:06:02 in the Marathon and 9:02.2h in the 3000mSt. He has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
