Ruslan Deulin

Ruslan Deulin is a Russia middle-distance runner, born on June 28, 1975. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:51.99 in the 1500m, 8:23.65 in the 3000m, 14:15.11 in the 5000m, 29:53.85 in the 10000m and 1:04:35 in the Semi. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Russia.
