Ruben VAN Praet is a Belgium middle-distance runner, born on February 5, 1991. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

His personal bests include 1:51.16 in the 800m, 3:44.73 in the 1500m, 8:16.29 in the 3000m, 15:07.34 in the 5000m and 1:06:12 in the Semi. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Belgium.
