Rosa Mota is a Portugal middle-distance runner, born on June 29, 1958 in Porto, Portugal. Standing 1.57 m and weighing 45 kg, She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:23.63 in the 1500m, 9:04.82 in the 3000m, 15:22.97 in the 5000m, 32:46.78 in the 10000m and 1:09:33 in the Semi. She has earned 13 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
