Román ARROYO Trejo is a Mexico middle-distance runner, born on January 4, 1981. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 3:54.70 in the 1500m, 14:56.73 in the 5000m, 30:02.71 in the 10000m, 1:07:20 in the Semi and 2:16:16 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Mexico.
