Ricardo Vendeira

Ricardo Vendeira is a Portugal long-distance runner, born on March 9, 1981. He competes primarily in the Marathon, 20kmW and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 4:10:03 in the Marathon, 1:46:47 in the 20kmW, 57:22 in the 10Kilometr, 42:32.79 in the 10,000Metr and 1:21:11 in the 15Kilomete. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Portugal.
