Rashid Ramzi

Rashid Ramzi is a Bahrain middle-distance runner, born on July 17, 1980 in Safi, Morocco. Standing 1.72 m and weighing 65 kg, He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 1:44.05 in the 800m, 3:29.14 in the 1500m, 3:51.33 in the Mile, 13:10.72 in the 5000m and 3:37.31 in the 1500Metres. He has earned 9 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Bahrain.
