Rachel Seaman

Rachel Seaman is a Canada race walker, born on January 14, 1986. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 5Kilometre and 3000Metres.

His personal bests include 1:29:54 in the 20kmW, 22:48 in the 5Kilometre, 12:23.84 in the 3000Metres, 46:25 in the 10Kilometr and 21:27.39 in the 5000Metres. He has earned 10 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Canada.
