Quincy Downing

Quincy Downing (born 16 January 1993) is an American sprinter, hurdler, and 800 metres runner He was a part of the gold medal-winning 4 × 400 metres relay team at the 2012 World U20 Championships. He was a part of the gold medal-winning 4 × 400 metres relay team at the 2012 World U20 Championships.
