Procopio Franco Hernández is a Mexico long-distance runner, born on July 8, 1970. He competes primarily in the 10000m, Semi and Marathon.

His personal bests include 29:31.36 in the 10000m, 1:04:11 in the Semi, 2:11:42 in the Marathon, 30:40 in the 10Kilometr and 1:36:28 in the 30Kilometr.
