Philomena Cheyech is a Kenya long-distance runner, born on July 5, 1982 in Kenya, Kenya. She competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

Her personal bests include 9:16.21 in the 3000m, 15:19.47 in the 5000m, 31:58.50 in the 10000m, 1:07:39 in the Semi and 2:21:22 in the Marathon. She has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
