Paula Fryer

Paula Fryer is a GBR sprinter, born on July 14, 1969. She competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 4x400m.

Her personal bests include 58.16 in the 400m, 1:59.76 in the 800m, 3:42.36 in the 4x400m, 2:02.22 in the 800MetresS and 8:19.9h in the 4x800Metre. She has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing GBR.
