Paul Ereng

Paul Ereng is a Kenya sprinter, born on August 22, 1967 in Kitale, Kenya. Standing 1.88 m, He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 45.6h in the 400m, 1:43.16 in the 800m, 3:03.24 in the 4x400m, 1:44.84 in the 800MetresS and 2:17.37 in the 1000m. He has earned 6 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
