Norelys Lugo is a Venezuela long-distance runner, born on September 30, 1977. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 16:54.96 in the 5000m, 35:22.23 in the 10000m, 1:16:30 in the Semi, 2:52:26 in the Marathon and 35:17 in the 10Kilometr. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Venezuela.
