Nickel Ashmeade

Nickel Ashmeade is a Jamaica sprinter, born on April 7, 1990 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. Standing 1.83 m and weighing 77 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 9.90 in the 100m, 19.85 in the 200m, 47.19 in the 400m, 37.27 in the 4x100m and 3:06.29 in the 4x400m. He has earned 18 gold, 4 silver and 5 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Jamaica.
