Nesta Carter is a Jamaica sprinter, born on October 11, 1985 in Banana Ground, Jamaica. Standing 1.73 m and weighing 78 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 9.78 in the 100m, 20.25 in the 200m, 47.46 in the 400m, 36.84 in the 4x100m and 6.49 in the 60m. He has earned 12 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Jamaica.
