Nelson Mbuya

Nelson Mbuya is a Tanzania long-distance runner, born on August 6, 1988. He competes primarily in the Semi, 15Kilometr and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:04:41 in the Semi, 48:09 in the 15Kilometr, 28:59 in the 10Kilometr, 52:23 in the 10MilesRoa and 1:03:11 in the 20Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Tanzania.
