Nasser Shams Kareem

Nasser Shams Kareem is a Qatar middle-distance runner, born on January 30, 1986. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

His personal bests include 1:48.26 in the 800m, 3:40.62 in the 1500m, 7:52.94 in the 3000m, 14:17.83 in the 5000m and 29:14.48 in the 10000m. He has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Qatar.
