Monica Grefstad

Monica Grefstad is a NOR hurdler, born on October 12, 1964. She competes primarily in the 100mH, 60mH and 60m.

Her personal bests include 13.09 in the 100mH, 8.06 in the 60mH and 7.60 in the 60m. She has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing NOR.
