Michalis Parmakis

Michalis Parmakis is a Greece long-distance runner, born on March 16, 1984. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:17.62 in the 3000m, 14:22.88 in the 5000m, 29:53.38 in the 10000m, 1:07:06 in the Semi and 2:18:38 in the Marathon. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Greece.
