Michael Paul

Michael Paul is a Trinidad & Tobago sprinter, born on March 28, 1957. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 20.4h in the 200m, 44.88 in the 400m, 3:02.01 in the 4x400m and 46.33 in the 400MetresS. He has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Trinidad & Tobago.
