Michael Mcdonald

Michael Mcdonald is a Jamaica sprinter, born on March 17, 1975 in Saint Mary Parish, Jamaica. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and Mile.

His personal bests include 21.12 in the 200m, 44.61 in the 400m, 4:32.51 in the Mile, 2:56.75 in the 4x400m and 15.23 in the TJ. He has earned 9 gold, 8 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Jamaica.
