Michael Blackwood

Michael Blackwood is a Jamaica sprinter, born on August 29, 1976 in Clarendon Parish, Jamaica. Standing 1.90 m and weighing 79 kg, He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 800m.

His personal bests include 21.17 in the 200m, 44.60 in the 400m, 1:49.72 in the 800m, 2:58.33 in the 4x400m and 1:49.72 in the 800MetresS. He has earned 13 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Jamaica.
