Micaela Mariani is a ITA thrower, born on February 11, 1988 in Marina di Pietrasanta, Italy. Standing 1.67 m and weighing 79 kg, She competes primarily in the SP, DT and HT.

Her personal bests include 9.98 in the SP, 54.32 in the DT and 66.24 in the HT. She has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing ITA.
