Mekonen Araya

Mekonen Araya is a Eritrea long-distance runner. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 3000mSt.

His personal bests include 8:43.32 in the 3000m, 14:44.60 in the 5000m, 9:07.5h in the 3000mSt and 30:02 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Eritrea.
