Mazween UBONG Lah

Mazween UBONG Lah is a Malaysia sprinter. He competes primarily in the 200m, 800m and 100mH.

His personal bests include 28.09 in the 200m, 2:54.14 in the 800m, 16.65 in the 100mH, 1.46 in the HJ and 5.18 in the LJ. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Malaysia.
