Mark Nenow is a United States long-distance runner, born on November 16, 1957 in Minneapolis, United States. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:43.01 in the 3000m, 13:18.54 in the 5000m, 27:20.56 in the 10000m, 2:14:21 in the Marathon and 13:56 in the 5Kilometre. He has earned 1 bronze medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing United States.
