Margaret Simpson

Margaret Simpson is a Ghana sprinter, born on December 31, 1981 in Kumasi, Ghana. Standing 1.62 m and weighing 59 kg, She competes primarily in the 200m, 800m and 100mH.

Her personal bests include 24.38 in the 200m, 2:17.02 in the 800m, 13.41 in the 100mH, 47.13 in the 4x100m and 1.85 in the HJ. She has earned 11 gold, 1 silver and 3 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ghana.
