Marek Plawgo is a Poland sprinter, born on February 25, 1981 in Ruda Śląska, Poland. Standing 1.83 m and weighing 70 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 400m.

His personal bests include 10.60 in the 100m, 20.61 in the 200m, 45.35 in the 400m, 48.12 in the 400mH and 3:00.05 in the 4x400m. He has earned 16 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Poland.
