Mahbouba Belgacem is a Tunisia long-distance runner, born on March 5, 1986. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 17:22.51 in the 5000m, 39:09.49 in the 10000m, 1:17:39 in the Semi, 2:56:38 in the Marathon and 11:49.21 in the 3000mSt. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Tunisia.
