Lydia De Vega

Lydia De Vega is a Philippines sprinter, born on December 26, 1964. She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 4x400m.

Her personal bests include 11.28 in the 100m, 23.35 in the 200m, 3:47.64 in the 4x400m, 6.27 in the LJ and 7.37 in the 60m. She has earned 1 silver medal in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Philippines.
