Luciano Sušanj is a Serbia sprinter, born on November 10, 1948 in Rijeka, Croatia. Standing 1.85 m and weighing 78 kg, He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 4x400m.

His personal bests include 45.93 in the 400m, 1:44.07 in the 800m, 3:37.8h in the 4x400m, 1:48.07 in the 800MetresS and 2:19.09 in the 1000m. He has earned 5 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Serbia.
