Lorna Forde

Lorna Forde is a Barbados sprinter, born on June 24, 1952. She competes primarily in the 100m, 400m and 4x400m.

Her personal bests include 12.02 in the 100m, 51.04 in the 400m, 3:30.72 in the 4x400m, 1:10.5h in the 500Metres and 1:10.5h in the 500MetresS. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Barbados.
