Linval Laird

Linval Laird is a Jamaica sprinter, born on June 23, 1969. He competes primarily in the 400m, 4x400m and 4x400Metre.

His personal bests include 45.49 in the 400m, 2:59.98 in the 4x400m, 3:05.13 in the 4x400Metre and 46.61 in the 400MetresS. He has earned 3 silver and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Jamaica.
